Tequila Mango Coconut Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Silver Tequila

  • 2 oz Mango Juice

  • 1 oz Coconut Cream

  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice

  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

  • Mango slice or lime wheel (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and pour 2 oz of silver tequila into the shaker.

  2. Measure and pour 2 oz of mango juice into the shaker.

  3. Add 1 oz of coconut cream to the shaker. If the coconut cream is thick, you can use a spoon to scoop it out of the can and add it to the shaker.

  4. Squeeze 1/2 oz of fresh lime juice and add it to the shaker.

  5. If desired, add 1/2 oz of simple syrup to the shaker for added sweetness.

  6. Securely close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.

  7. Place a fine mesh strainer over a martini glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

  8. Take a slice of mango or a lime wheel and place it on the rim as a garnish.
