Tequila Mango Coconut Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz Silver Tequila
2 oz Mango Juice
1 oz Coconut Cream
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
Mango slice or lime wheel (for garnish)
Instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and pour 2 oz of silver tequila into the shaker.
Measure and pour 2 oz of mango juice into the shaker.
Add 1 oz of coconut cream to the shaker. If the coconut cream is thick, you can use a spoon to scoop it out of the can and add it to the shaker.
Squeeze 1/2 oz of fresh lime juice and add it to the shaker.
If desired, add 1/2 oz of simple syrup to the shaker for added sweetness.
Securely close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
Place a fine mesh strainer over a martini glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
Take a slice of mango or a lime wheel and place it on the rim as a garnish.
